Former Socceroos Goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer joined Sportsday to chat EPL.

If you look at Manchester United top of the table with Man City, they haven’t lost a game yet and they are on fire. They’ve  scored 21 goals, the top goalscorer is Lukaku, and everything seems to be going well for Manchester United.

Sadio Mane is a big player for Liverpool, and if you look in the stats from last season when he missed the month of January due to the African Cup of Nations, Liverpool’s win ratio went down and their points per game was down.

This season they’ve got an exciting young player in Mo Salah; he was the hero for Egypt in the last few days when he scored two goals to help Egypt qualify for the World Cup for the first time in over 20 years, and he is very exciting, quick and dynamic and is their leading goalscorer.

Liverpool are under pressure. Jurgen Klopp hasn’t had the start to the season he was expecting, and they are going to be under pressure to get a result.
