WATCH | Perth Glory score three goals in seven minutes in stunning comeback

The Perth Glory pulled off one of the A-League’s most stunning comebacks ever last night, scoring three goals in a seven minute period to shock the Western Sydney Wanderers.

Trailing 3-1 at the 78th minute mark, the Glory went on a goal scoring spree, which eventually saw them strengthen their grip atop of the A-League ladder.

The onslaught began when former Melbourne City man Ivan Franjic headed a ball into the back of the net to pull the Glory within 3-2.

Then, Perth sharpshooter Andy Keogh finished off a sensational attack from the home side to level the scores at 3-3.

Finally, a Juande penalty sealed the victory for Perth, capping off one of the craziest games in recent memory.

The Wanderers built their lead through goals to Kwame Yeboah (39th minute), Roly Bonevacia (67th minute) and Abraham Majok (77th minutes).

Perth’s first goal came in the 70th minute via Diego Castro.

After the game, Glory coach Tony Popovich said the game would be “a day I’m sure we’ll all remember”.
