25 Aug EPL: Reds maintain perfect record, United suffer shock loss, Chelsea on the board
Liverpool has maintained its perfect start to the Premier League season in a top-of-the-table clash with Arsenal.
The Reds secured a 3-1 win, which came courtesy of a Mohamed Salah brace and a Joel Matip goal – his first in almost a year.

Salah’s first goal came via a penalty, as Arsenal’s new signing David Luiz tugged on his shirt just three minutes into the second half.
Luiz attributed the penalty to Salah’s shirt being too baggy, alleging that Salah "didn’t feel anything" when his shirt was tugged.
At Old Trafford, Manchester United was stunned by Crystal Palace, who took home a 2-1 victory.
Palace’s winner came in injury time as Patrick van Aanholt scored to hand his side its first win against United in the Premier League era.

Manchester United’s inability to put away penalties haunted them again, as Marcus Rashford slammed a crucial opportunity from the spot into the post.

After Paul Pogba's missed penalty during the week, coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer would rightfully be frustrated.
For Frank Lampard, it was victory at last, as he secured his first three points as Chelsea coach.
The Blues beat Norwich 3-2, thanks to a Tammy Abraham double.
