02 Dec WATCH: All 7 goals from the Victory and City
Round 6 in the A-League was kind to both Melbourne Victory and Melbourne City.
The derby foes disposed of their New South Wales rivals on the weekend – the Victory beating Western Sydney Wanderers 4-0 – while City defeated Newcastle Jets 3-0.
There were some brilliant goals scored between the two sides who were the heaviest scoring teams

But City were not to be outdone, and it all kicked off when Riley McGree fired home early.

Luke Brattan then got in on the act on the stroke of half-time with a volley to die for.

The results have the Victory sitting second on the table, two points behind leaders Perth Glory, while City are up to fifth thanks to a second win in three games.
Victory and City next meet on Saturday, December 22 at AAMI Park.
