Hazard makes decision on Chelsea future amid Real Madrid interest

Eden Hazard has revealed he has made a decision on his Chelsea future amid reported interest from Real Madrid.

The Belgian forward will have 12 months remaining on his contract come the end of the season and has yet to sign an extension with the Blues.

Hazard has been angling for a move to the Spanish giants, saying it would be a “dream” to join “the best club in the world” in October last year.

“I know what I am going to do. I have made a decision,” Hazard told French radio station RMC.

According to The Telegraph, the 28-year-old will notify Chelsea of his desire to join Real Madrid in the summer.

On Hazard's future, Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri said in December that it was “time to decide” and “if he wants to go, he has to go”.

Since joining the Premier League giants from French club Lille for £32 million in 2012, Hazard has scored 104 goals in 331 appearances in all competitions.

He has won two league titles, one FA Cup, one Europa League and one League Cup with the West London club.
